The genesis of Tuks+oil & HydrogenTUKS (H2TUKS)

Ignited in the late 1990s, TUKS+OIL was born from a mission to produce “breakthroughs” to tackle global crises—from surging fuel and crop costs to advancements in oxygenated medical cannabis. Following four years of rigorous R&D, we’ve perfected the world’s most advanced hydrogen production technology.

A seven-month-old Hydrogen Technology Developer (HTD), H2Tuks targets Distribution Utilities , Eco-Zones, and Steel Factories for DRI with innovative hybrid 𝐻2 and fuel blend solutions. Our technology does not seek to replace traditional PEM hardware. Rather, it introduces a novel paradigm shift in feedstock optimization. Traditional hydrogen research focuses entirely on altering expensive solid catalysts to speed up reactions. Our approach shifts the focus to the fluid itself, utilizing a specialized FERMENTED-UPW formulation that achieves Effortless Bond Cleavage. When fed into a standard PEM stack, it minimizes interfacial charge transfer resistance, maximizing the efficiency of existing commercial infrastructure.

Long-Term Retention

Is fundamentally transforming the efficiency and economics of the green hydrogen industry. In mainstream electrochemical engineering, accelerating the water-splitting reaction requires a continuous input of external energy (like heating the system to hundreds of degrees).

The Breakthrough: Molecular Engineering

During the year 1999 – 2004 Armed with an indestructible resolve and an exhaustive technical lexicon, TUKS set out to master the science of magneto-thermo maturation. He experimented with a sophisticated fusion of proprietary metal laminations and rare-earth neodymium, copper, and magnets to unlock unprecedented levels of electrical conduction. This breakthrough allows for intense molecular activation while meticulously optimizing by unlocking the essential structural integrity of the treated substances.

The Crucible of Innovation

The path of discovery was not the faint of heart. Seeking a “spark” that could enhance liquid products on a molecular level,, he ventured into a complex process involving:

  • Specialized and Modified Membranes for Bioreactors – Utilizing unique microorganisms and proprietary additives
  • Persistence – Over a year of rigorous trials, errors, and over 100 failed formulations
  • The Breakthrough – Out of those hundreds of tests, only four (4) formulations successfully reacted with his bioreactor membranes.

Valorization

This technology leverages an integrated, dual-pathway refinery to transform wastewater into high-value commodities. The primary phase stabilizes dissolved waste ions to engineer a Molecularly-Dissociated Industrial Brine (MDIB), which accelerates Advanced Aqueous Battery Activation (AABA) for next-generation solid salt batteries. Simultaneously, the remaining aqueous effluent undergoes advanced water-splitting kinetics, achieving a 2.5-fold acceleration in facile bond cleavage to maximize high-efficiency hydrogen extraction.

  • Energy Development Started Year 2021-2025 – Energy Development Started Year 2021-2025 – Advanced Hydrogen & Waste-to-Value Integration (Waste-Water Into Nanostructure Liquid Fertilizer).
  • Optimizing UPW Feedstock for Hydrogen Extraction with 98% Efficiency via Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) performance through disruptive water O-H bonds. This technology facilitates the seamless conversion of waste into high-value energy achieving an unparalleled reduction in both terrestrial and atmospheric pollutants for a cleaner, sustainable future.
  • Fuel performance optimization year (2002–2008) – Successfully developed high-performance formulations by converting low-grade 84-octane regular gasoline to premium 99-octane rating. Parallel advancements in Diesel technology increase standard 49-cetane rating to a high-efficiency 57-cetane rating, improving air quality, engine performance, and power performance.
  • Agriculture Development Started Year 2009 and Present – Waste Cooking Oil Into Organic Pesticide for High-Yield Precision Bio-Dynamics maximizing crop yields, revitalizing biological soil health, and organically controlling household pests. Converting waste cooking oil into organic pesticides drives high-yield, precision biodynamics. This technology maximizes crop yields, revitalizes soil biology, and provides organic pest control. Applying precision agriculture techniques optimizes crop penetration, delivery precision, and plant resilience to build a highly sustainable global food supply chain. On a local scale, this technology fully supplies KFC’s nationwide network of over 300 branches. It is also distributed directly to local farmers as a specialized ‘Fungicide Enhancer’.
  • Wellness Development & Self-Emulsifying Drug Delivery System (SEDDS) Started Year 2014 and Present – The Future of Nutrient Delivery (Premium Bio-Lipid Excipient). Elevating health through precision-engineered excipient/carrier oil with cellular-disruption ability for enhancing medicinal Cannabinoids and Pharmaceutical Ingredients (CBDs & Pharma Actives). Our technology enhances the molecular integrity of beneficial compounds, unlocking unprecedented bioavailability.
